1. Let us know your new address and we’ll set up new accounts for you. Do this quickly and easily by using our online form.
2. Save on more than your energy bill in your new home. We’ve got a number of telephone and broadband options that give you the same great service and peace of mind from knowing that one company is looking after more than one of your utilities.
3. Don’t forget to let your doctor and dentist know you’re moving, as you may need to register with another practice.

Two weeks to go 

1. Arrange for your post to be redirected. You can let your local post office know or do it online.

3. When you get to your new home, make a note of the meter readings there. You can let us know what these readings are with our online form. We’ll send you a final bill for your old property and start your new account using the readings you give us.

Moving day

1. Make a note of your final gas and electricity meter readings at the home you’re moving from.
2. Keep a pen and paper handy to take readings as soon as you can from your new home.
3. One last thing - don’t forget to let everyone know you’ve moved!
