If you or someone you know relies on special medical equipment run by electricity, such as a home dialysis machine, an oxygen concentrator or an artificial ventilator please let us know.

By calling our Careline you can join our Priority Service Register. In the unlikely event of a power cut we’ll make sure your local network operator does their utmost to make sure your electricity supply does not go off and that they get your supply reconnected as a matter of urgency.
