Producing clear, accurate bills for you is important to us. It's also a promise we make in our Domestic Energy Customer Charter.

It's not the only promise we make, though. It's always good to know you're only paying for the energy you have used. That way there's less chance of you paying too much or too little. So that's why every six months we promise to come and read your meter - and if you're not in, we'll try to give you a call.
