Ways to pay your bill

With Atlantic Electric and Gas you can pay your bill in the way that suits your lifestyle and your needs the most.

Pay online

Register for eBilling

You can pay your bill and manage your account online when you register for eBilling. It’s quick, easy and convenient.

Internet banking

You can make one-off payments towards your bills using internet banking from most banks. You’ll usually just need to have your account number to hand. Check with your provider for more details.

If you bank with Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland or NatWest, you can also view, pay, and store your energy bills from the secure environment of your online bank. Sign up to manage your bills online at Lloyds TSB Bill ManagerRoyal Bank of Scotland Digital Banking (look under ‘Extra services’) or NatWest Online banking (look under ‘Extra services’). This service is just one of the ways we’re helping you to save time, energy and paper.

Pay by phone banking

You can set up a Direct Debit or make a payment towards your bill over the phone. Please use the following details:

Account Number: 00000000

The account number contains 8 'zeros' as the sort code is specific to Atlantic Electric and Gas. Please quote your Atlantic Electric and Gas customer account number which is shown in the top right-hand corner of your bill.

Pay with your credit or debit card

Please call us on 0845 073 3030 to pay your bill by credit or debt card.

Pay by post

Fill in your payment slip and send it with your cheque or postal order to:

Please make cheques payable to 'Atlantic Electric and Gas' and write your customer account number on the back (please do not send cash in the post).

Pay at a bank

You can pay by cheque or in cash at any branch of your own bank or a NatWest Bank, without charge. If you use a bank which is not your own, you may have to pay a fee.

Pay at the Post Office

You can pay at any Post Office free of charge.

Pay by PayPoint

You can pay free of charge at shops with a PayPoint sign.
