If the leaking substance is hot

If there is a hot substance like black tar leaking from your electricity meter, and it has a strange smell, you need to phone your local network operator immediately.

If the leaking substance is cold

If the substance is cold, but there is no smell, your network operator will need to change your main fuse. Phone us on 0845 073 3030 and we will pass the details to your local network operator who will contact you to discuss the work.
